Hello Claire! Welcome to the community.
https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/Documents/Advice (public)/PIP –%20table%20of%20activities,%20descriptors%20and%20points.pdf
This is a table of activities and descriptions. Have a good look and decide which ones are applicable to you. It will help you in determining what rates you should be receiving. It is a starting point.
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/725533/pip-assessment-guide-part-2-assessment-criteria.pdf
A more comprehensive guide to PIP. Read it carefully and then use it to help you to answer the questions properly. There are also some self assessment tools online. Alternatively you can speak to one of Scope’s benefits advisor for additional information and advice regarding your claim. Once you have decided which rates are worth applying for then you need to read all of the questions on the form properly and make sure that you are answering them carefully.
