Benefits affected by moving in with partner who works full- time

My partner and I split up some time ago, we where planning on getting back together but still have insecurities I'm PIP on standard rate for one component and high rate for mobility ,and in receipt of esa income based , Will it effect my housing benefit if he moves back in as he works full time.

    Hi @goldengirl1962 and welcome to the community! PIP would not be affect by living with someone who works full time, however ESA would be.
    You can’t get income-related ESA if you have a partner who’s working 24 hours a week or more

    Being able to claim housing benefit will depend on your household income when he moves back in. Same with Council tax reduction but you'll lose the single person discount for sure. Your PIP won't be affected as it's not means tested. Pop both of your details into a benefits calculator to see what it comes up with.
