Hi Kirsten, l've suffered a severe head injury and been prescribed most sedatives for a sleeping disorder but what l'm now finding is so long as l avoid certain preservatives, primarily in red meat, I'm able to sleep more hours. Do you know if any research has been done in this and how this preservative will wake people. Paul
