Just to let everyone know. Im actually sitting in tears.
Letter just came through the door. I dont need to go to appeal they looked at my evidence and gave me 16 points for mobility.
Im over the moon that i dont have to go through the appeal. Im shaking.

Great news and I know how you feel my husband won his and it is a relief and I would say to people don't give up carry on with your tribunal xxx just waiting for the back dated money now and of course they are making him wait x
