Reapplying for PIP

For 30 yrs i was diagnosed as having m e and had dla payment but when it changed to pip they stopped my payments but since then it seems i have rheaumatoid arthritis i find it hard to cope with the pain and i am trying to work 3 days a week we are struggling as they now want full rent and full council tax i only earn 800 a month my wife is 67 and retired how to i stand to reaply for pip i am under the hospital

My Benefits and Work have an online PIP self-test form which may be of interest to you for giving you an idea of how many points you could potentially score if you were assessed for PIP.
