Rang yesterday for my FTf report they are now owing to post it out after two weeks when asked if a decision has been made he said it's now with a case manager at least I will be some idea of the report

    Hi.. wondered is it the norm for every case to go to cadre manager  my ESAwent on case manager and I got a no had to take it to tribrural then got 21 points

    A case manager is otherwise known as a decision maker and yes every assessment report and file is sent to them because they are the ones that make the decision. 
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
