Is it permitted to take a copy of your application form into the assessment with you to help answer the questions?

You shouldn’t need to but as a reminder, so as you know what you stated or claimed in your application form what answers you gave would be very prudent of you at least the accessor will be uneasy or unable to trick you into giving conflicting evidence, on the down side going in to the acessment with this information will be a good indecation that your metal abilities are or not as they should be that you need a reminder to answer the accessors questions from the a copy of the application for. Good luck keep us informed how it goes and the end result.

So would it hurt the assessment or not?  It is for my girlfriend, and she has agreed it would be best to take it because she is very forgetful, has brain fog a lot of the time from pain and exhaustion, etc.
