Hi @LiamO_Dell
Just nice to thank everyone for being so great. I have found my tribe. ?
It is good to be able to try and help others in some small way since becoming poorly suddenly since February 2017, my world turned upside down ( literally with vertigo and hearing losses over night) but trying to help myself as much as possible.
I was a charity worker for four years as a volunteer, previously, whilst I started looking after my elderly Dad, andaa busy mum of two boys, before I became ill, but I have also learnt on taking on everything, for everyone, it also didn't do me any good, and my doctor said my body just said " enough!" And stopped.
Day at a time these days, I learning it is fine to say no too! Since depression and anxiety kicked in last year. Trying to be kind to myself moreso.
