I gave up jogging for my health, when my thighs kept rubbing together and setting fire to my knickers!
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.

I have -
Antisythetase Syndrome,
Pulmonary Hypertension ,
Pulmonary Fibrosis,
Psoriatic Arthritis,
Degenerative Disc Disease,
Osteoporosis
Sjogrens Syndrome.
I have been disabled for many many years (literally can't remember a time when i wasn't)
It all started with Psoriatic Arthritis when i was 12.
I'm horse mad, and own a 15.2hh Irish Cob mare called Zena.I gave up jogging for my health, when my thighs kept rubbing together and setting fire to my knickers!
