    Hi,

If you keep re-applying with the same evidence as you previously claimed with then you will keep being refused. To constantly re-apply isn't the answer, it's pointless.  You need to ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration after being refused and then take it to a Tribunal if the MR fails. Getting some help from your local welfare rights will help.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Maybe maybe you get refused PIP is the simple answer is that you don’t meet the criteria for claiming PIP. Did or have you ever done a self test to see if you would meet or fulfil the criteria to be awarded PIP?? It alright sending in folders of medical evidence to support your claim but if you don’t meet the descriptors then it’s pointless.
