Hi my mame is diane123 i have severe C.O.P.D i am very worryed. About my pip renewal in feb do i have to re apply .All over again

Hi i am trying to find out if i have to renew my pip from scratch i have severe C.O.P.D they have said it runs out in feb 2020.
