Can my  husband claim carers allowance for me if he’s already claiming it for my son ?

    Welcome to the community! As your husband is already claiming for your son unfortunately he can't claim for you too :(

    This does state that only one person can claim!!!!

    Hi @katiepurvis21 and welcome to the community! 

    Unfortunately you can only get carers allowance for one person, here is what I found on the Scope website:
    "You can only get one award for Carer's Allowance even if you care for more than one person."
