My name is John I Had a stroke in 2014 I was a bricklayer I am 39 years old and I would like to meet somebody who we can share things with

- I am paralysed down my left Hand I said I wouldn't walk again but I'm walking now I was a bricklayer I keep telling people I'll be coming back as I left and one and a I said I wouldn't walk again but I'm walking now I was a bricklayer I keep telling people I'll be coming back as I right-hand bit late I like football going to the cinema eating out I also like cosy nights in listening to DVDs can't think of what else to say and you need to know just ask

Welcome to the group chap.
Sorry to hear about the stroke, 39 sounds like quite a young age for a stroke especially for an out-doors type of person.
If you don't mind sharing a little more info like, how bad was the stroke, what has it affected bodily/mind wise.
And what do you do now, I am assuming you're not an active brikkie.
