    I’m starting back at basics again and made an appointment with gp so I’ll see where it takes us

    I would definitely follow the advice in the link about the carers assessment too. As your son is over the age of 18 although it's still difficult it's much easier than getting the help for a person who is under the age of 18.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
