Hi just getting used used to using this site my way of dealing with mental health depression and anxiety is to know it will pass don’t be scared ?

Sunshine I'm quite new too and know exactly how your feeling in my case it's not passing but I have chronic back pain on top and don't get much sleep but I truelly love your optimism best wishes to you lovely lady ?

Aw you have backpain too so it’s a viscous circle for you hun the pain brings on the anxiety etc.
Are you able to get to swim it’s helps me with the mental and physical side and remember you are special so lots of treats ?x -
