Hi, everyone, I posted in July regarding my pip claim. It got disallowed in May so I appealed and won, I only scored 4 points for the disability part and 10 for living allowance so only got standard living allowance. I have been awarded this till Nov 2020, I was wondering if they will send for me inbetween this date for another assessment. Also I only got back pay from July even though I put my claim in, in March, is this normal. I really don't get why they only paid from July though as I pout my appeal in, in May

You need to ring the DWP and ask them about the back pay you will more likely be reassessed in Nov 2019

Hi @shedley08,
PIP reviews and reassessments from the DWP can take place at any time. There’s more information about PIP reviews on the Turn2Us website which says the DWP usually start reviewing claims a year before the end of your award.
I hope this helps!
