hi
i received a text today from dwp saying they had received my form back about my assessment.
I had a paramedic , she asked if I drive I said I don’t anymore . She also asked if I go our pet alone to which I answered no . Then she said what would happen if you went out alone , I said I would be anxious because of my balance problems etc . Do you think I would get points fit that ? Or no points at all .

Hi,Do you mean DWP received your PIP assessment report back? If so you can ring them and ask for a copy to be sent to you, this will give you some idea what a decision is likely to be as they mostly go with the report. No one can tell you if you'll successfully be awarded or not. As no one here knows how your conditions affect you daily it's totally impossible to answer that question.Hopefully it won't be too long.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Ok thank you .

I put on my form that I needed help getting in and out of shower but she never said anything about that , she only asked if I used a bath and I said no .

Did you answer with just a no or did you explain why you don't use the bath? Answering with just a no doesn't tell them anything other than you don't use a bath.

I told her I couldn’t get in or out of the bath even if I had one . On my form I put need help getting in and out of shower but she didn’t ask about that and I forgot to mention as she said she had read my specialist letters and only wanted to ask a few more questions.
