Hello @zinah Good afternoon to you. Hope your finding the forum OK and having a look around.
Noted your Recipe for Tabbouleh thanks . Have a big black folder for all my recipes so this will be one to use.
At the moment into Ragus and Autumn seasonal food.
Italian of course. So it is Gnocchi, Squashes, Kale, Roots, Mushrooms, Porcini, long slow cooks and one pots.
All warmers for this time of year. As the nights draw in.
If you care to look at Coffee Lounge loads of my recipes if you wish to.
Make them simple and easy for every body. Adapt them to your tastes.

Hello @zinah Understand live on my own feels lonely cooking by myself have to admit but love to share my recipes. Never used to be like this.
Had loads of friends care and share all the time my meals and recipes. Unfortunately got used and abused by many.
Reason I am on the forum to help and support my lovely friends.
Add to that just being kind and I hope to inspire others.

Sorry @zinah I got a little confused...then again it doesn't take a lot to confuse me lol!
A community champion is a member of the community who has volunteered to welcome new members, answer any unanswered posts, flagging/reporting any posts that suggest the member has thoughts of suicide or is at risk, reporting any threatening behaviour and flagging up any spam. We work alongside Scopes' community team to ensure the community remains friendly and supportive.
