Hi,There's boxes with dots or ticks but they're not added up because it's just a recommendation. If you have the report and no decision yet from the DWP? it will be some sort of dots next to the descriptors or something like that. I guess you haven't a decision yet from the DWP.1

Hi poppy just wondering if you got a decision letter yet as my son waiting on his as hcp report seems good for him but no letter as yet he had assessment on 20 aug and got report sent from dwp on 5 Oct. I rang yesterday tell me the same it’s with dm.0
