Girlfriend still hasn't received her award letter

She has been trying to get her consultation report and award letter since they received her consultation report 12 days ago, and they said they have sent both out last Thursday, but now it's Tuesday and still hasn't been received.

Should she give them another call?

    Everything comes 2nd class post so you need to give it a week

    Be patient, they come from Ireland I think, if you check return address, but allow up to 14days for any reply’s, hope you get your result you deserved.
