Just washed up and I'm worn out, in pain and rather fed up. Cup of chai ,hot water bottle and a film. I miss the Friday nights I used to have in my youth Do you suffer from doing chores too, things that you used to take for granted?

I suffer the same pain is the worse it wears you down i would love to get dolled up and go out but the effort is to stressful
