I was awarded pip pip for 3 years this January after winning my mandatory reconsideration over ESA support group but today received yet another work capabilities form.i had a assesment in jJanury and a home assessment for my pip do I really have to fill it in again

That ESA50 form will need to be filled and return with all your evidence by the date stated in the letter.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
