If this is a new PIP claim and not a conversion from DLA, you will be paid from the date when you originally lodged your PIP claim with the DWP.

If it is a conversion it will be from 4 weeks after your last DLA payment.

It will be from July 2017 as that is when you were awarded it from by the Tribunal.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Is it? The Tribunal stand in the shoes of the DWP and will change the decision that they made which was wrong. So it will go back to when the claim was made even if that is a year or more before the Tribunal hearing.

    Hi,

I have answered all of your questions on all of your other threads, see the answered questions here. DWP do not owe you any money based on what you're currently claiming. https://community.scope.org.uk/discussion/51320/esa-back-dated-payments#latest
