Pressure sores

Anyone got ant special tips for dealing with pressure sores on the bum ! Apa5rt from the usual dressings etc. Finding it difficult to keep a comfortable sitting or sleeping position. Driving me7 potty ! Pardon the pun. Very limited mobility due to badly broken hip. Please help.
