As 5 times capita plc employees use computer system letters never use my medical evidence to access pm medical pip assessment.
All calls by Soical worker which I going through care act assessment process.
I left no support alone.
On 25.10.2018.
If not for work men out side my bedroom window rear me.
My ground floor flat.
Woke me up
9 am

I never heard female high heels shoes walking by my window rear me.
Nor hear flat buzzer go off.

My high level needs physical mental health disabilities too use medical aids I can't self care or walk.
So noone to even get to rear block doors to inform female.

She went out DNA 
On my claim
Sent to now DWP.
My DLA stop.
I no family members support
No local welfare advice services offered home visit .my medical evidence services I have is at home.
I'm never experienced so much disability lack of reasonable adjustment.
I even had additional evidence information sent record post in  time to inform cpaita business services ltd key call centre staff

I'm chagec in Soical worker as she leaves her job.im waiting list for new one.

I no longer Soical worker I was having full care act assessment process 
Local council Soical services department put on hold.
Too.
If not soiSoi worker call me when in bed ,I said I'm alone no carer yet.
She called capita pip assessment department
Female took the call
Said already I'm put on Thier system I did not attend.....

What....... Not correct.. Soical worker told them again my medical care disabilities etc.
.now I'm currently no support income 
No DLA cut off from.
I called my gp
Yesterday informed I'm at risk no food no mean ELC gas 
My medical equipment use elc.
