Do the daily living questions not apply to nightime?
Such as incontinence/ help dressing during the night etc
If you have any issues during the night, the decision maker stated they have to disregard them.

Oops, sorry... Nighttime needs apply too. You should get points if one of the descriptors for an activity applies to you for some portion of the day on at least 50% of the days. That DM had no idea what he was talking about. Appeal!

Thanks Mike, I too thought that day meant during daylight hours - waking hours!!
Unlike with Attendance Allowance where day AND NIGHT are made reference to.
Consequently I failed to make any reference to the issues I have during the night on the PIP2 - in fact on all three PIP2's!!
I wonder how many other claimants have fallen into that trap?
