I've received my pip report from a recent pip assessment in trying to work out what FE to support conditions means?

Further Evidence/???

Only only guessing the fe may mean further evidence, there maybe needed to prove the extent of your abilities or disability to give a correct award. Hope that is some help to you.

Ok thank you. What FH Report mean also?

What FH Report mean also?functional or function history = FHIn that report there will be boxes with dots or ticks, you need to look at the PIP descriptors and compare them against those to add up the recommended points scored, if any. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/Global/Migrated_Documents/adviceguide/pip-9-table-of-activities-descriptors-and-points.pdf
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
So FH says can walk 1 meter but no more than 20meter what would come as in points? X

That states 12 points BUT you need to look in the report for the boxes with dots or ticks to see what descriptors have been recommended. Compare them against the PIP descriptors in the link i provided above, or use the PIP self test here, if that's easier. http://www.mybenefitsandwork.co.uk/pip/indexxx.php

Hi
That would give you 12 points for mobility and an enhanced PIP rate. -
Great Thank you for your help @atlas46 . So 12 or above is enhanced rate on both then?
So FH is the asser who did the assement -
12 points - gives enhanced rate for care component.
Also check the review date recommended by the assessor, this is near the end of report. -
FH isn't the assessor. It's functional history of what you can and can't do.Between 8-11 points is standard and 12+ is enhanced. You will of course have to wait for the decision but they mostly go with the report.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. Ok thanks. What will that tell me @atlas46.
-
It will tell you the award length of time recommended before a review.
