Hi, my name is linzos! And im looking for daytime/weekday events/classes/activities that people with a wide range of disabilities can access either regularly or one off. I appreciate any and all suggestions from you all.

Hi linzos, its always worth taking a look on your local councils website for activities in your area, its a great chance to meet new people and share your experiences. Most swimming baths offer disabled facilities and hold regular clubs if you enjoy swimming. Thanks, laura x
