Hi @Lindy61 and a warm welcome to the community!
I'm unsure of the answer to this myself, but I've moved your post into our ESA discussions where hopefully our members will be able to advise.0 -
Hi @Lindy61
Good Afternoon it’s great to meet you today.
I’m some to hear ?
about your “delayed diagnosis”
You need to send it to the original Benefit Office.
You need to include your Full Name,DOB,National Insurance Number.
All off these will need to be at the top off each page
I do hope that this info is okay????
Please let me know if I can help you further ??0 -

If it's Tribunal then any extra evidence you have needs to be sent to HMCTS and not to DWP. Please also bare in mind that ESA isn't about a diagnosis, it's about how your conditions affect your ability to do any type of work. The evidence you need should sate how your conditions affect you. Were you previously in a group for ESA before you were found fit for work? If so, which group were you in? Do you know the reasons why you were placed into that group? If you weren't in a group previously then it's worth knowing the reasons why you think you should be placed into that group and then you can concentrate on this and gather evidence related to that.See the links below for information on all the descriptors for each of the groups and reg 29/35.
