Paperwork to case manager before tribunal, is this normal?

Hello everyone I'm new here
Iv previously got standard rate mobility with no care component,i i d a MR but still was awarded the same standard mobility with no care i have now taken it to the tribunal but o called DWP today and was told my paperwork was with a case manager my question is is this normal for it to go to a case manager before a tribunal?

Hi and welcomeIt is not unusual for a DM to review a case prior to tribunal especially if you have submitted more evidenceBe all you can be, make every day count. Namaste
