No answer from PIP assessment

hi wondering if someone could possibly help me....i had my p.i.p assessment at home on the 22nd August 2018, as i suffer from severe depression and anxiety and can't leave the house, and still haven't heard anything back yet that was 12 weeks ago, what should i do? thanks.
