hi there I applied for pip jan 18 this year was turned down did a MR again turned down so submitted a tribunal.
Was told that why I am awaiting a tribunal date I should reapply for pip by the Dwp when asking about my MR fail.
Fast forward to may 18 and I was awarded standard daily living from new pip claim.
Ok had my tribunal for jan 18 claim Saturday won and told I get enhanced on both till 2021 my problem is this everyone saying I won’t get that as awarded new claim if that’s the case do I request a MR on the new claim asi was advised wrong seriously felling devastated.
Thanks.

Hi,Who ever told you to start a new claim while waiting for a Tribunal was the worst advice you could have had. The new decision overrules the Tribunal decision. For the new decision, you do have 13 months to appeal.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

how? just put in another MR on the new appeal should i send the tribunal papper work in with it??
-
will this mean i wont get any backpay either? sounds like i have just wasted 10 months of my life.
