has anyone had to wait ages for paperwork , going to appeal but not had paperwork from dwp and it's been more than 28 days

Hi sueclues and welcomeIt is not uncommon for the bundle as it is known to be delayed, if you don't receive it soon you can ring the tribunal clerk. You could also ask about the waiting time in your areaBe all you can be, make every day count. Namaste

I know there is a waiting time but was more worried as received no paperwork . Don't they have a certain time to send like we did .

In theory yes but they are a law unto themselves, not an excuse but they do have more bundles to prepare than you do. You can only contact the tribunal clerk to chase it up

Will do , and they only have there selves to blame by dropping people's pip

With waiting times for tribunals up to a year i would not worry to much my bundle took 2 months to arrive
