Where/How to obtain PIP appeal form

would someone let me know where I can get a PIP appeal form from, please?

    The form is SSCS1 you can download a copy
    just google it

    Hi, thanks for you reply, but unfortunately  I don't have access to a printer, so I need a copy of the form send to me.

    Contact your local CAB or Call in and they will happily give you the form.

    You can get a form from your local CAB or if you can go to the library they will help you to print it
