Hi i had a letter from the tribunal to say there have received the letter but i have lost thw letter and neeed to send some more evidence in who do i call to send it as i don't know if it be dwp or the tribunal themselves just don't wanna send it to the wrong address

Go to tribunial website and they have an address where you can send your medical evidence in
