Hi STEVE51 Thanks for getting back to me.Just wanted a bit of advice regarding esa. With having stage 4 copd I have found it life changing.i cant do anything without getting out of breath and I mean anything.I currently get pip enhanced for mobility but nothing for care. I got 7 points for care and you need 8 to get the care element.. Iam really struggling staying in work .

Hi,SSP is payable for 28 weeks before claiming ESA.You should also speak your employer about reasonable adjustments.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
