Yes, I have OA and RA. The simplest things become difficult and tiring.
Try to pace yourself and work out how you can get things done, taking the OA into consideration. Are you being treated for it?
I know how frustrating and painful it can be. -
Hello Cracker,
I been to pain management clinic and seen pharmacist. I have neurology & lumbar facet syndrome. I take my meds and pace myself. I have a electric scooter if I need to walk further than ten muns.
How do you cope ? -
I have to figure out how I can get things done using the physical abilities I left. I have pain medication which does almost nothing - I use heat often, which does help.
I also have to swallow my pride and ask fir and accept help.
A question for you, @glittery. Do you drop things a lot? I do, especially things like dollar bills.
