You can say that again the has gone where I'm not sure. I'm the new year I'm hopefully moving to a bungalow which will make my life alot more easier when I have a bad day for sure. -
Hi @zonnie
Well said my friend!!!!!!
I used to love going to my local gyms but since my chronic pain has hit the roof I have had to knock that on the head!!!! -
Hi Steve51
I know that feeling when pain stikes, not much we can do then really stops you doing thing for saw my trouble is if having a good day I do loads then you know next day can't do much at all I'm getting better at taking things a little bit slower but did learn the hard way lol -
Hi @zonnie
“Well said”
Yes “Pain” is a real “MONSTER”
“Don’t You Think”
I’m the same as one day can be great & I do some of the things that I used to love doing.
Then the following 2-3-4-5 days are “Hell” -
Trouble is we dont learn and i do miss doing some of thing I use to and on good day I miss work too. Well I've been on a mission today in the house boy I'm I going to pay for it tomorrow
-
Hi@zonnie
Yes we do have to keep a lid on things.
Yes I miss work as well “So So So Much”
You will need to take the gas off things tomorrow!!!
I do hope that I will be ok???
But I can’t organise anything in advance as I have to live “Day 2 Day”this takes some doing though.
-
Hi Steve51
Your so right I will keep the foot of the pedal lol tomorrow. I find mornings a problem as I don't know how I will wake up or how i will be until I've been up an hour or so it does take some doing for sure -
Hi @zonnie
Yes I know what you mean as I have to live “Day by Day”
I have to also live “hour 2 hour” as I have big problems with my “Bladder” due to the “Nerve Damage” “Great”
-
Hi Steve51
