I asked for a MR on the 11th Oct. I the Rang Dwp this afternoon to see if any decision had been made on my Mandatory Reconsideration and was told the case manager has asked for further information from the assessment centre and not necessarily from the assesser as they are not medical trained. Any thoughts please.
Thank you.
Thank you.

The request was or is for further information regarding your acessment maybe CTV footage of your movements in and around the acessment center, as for the acessors not being medically trained they are but they are not specialists in any condition or disability. Their role in the acessment process is to see how your health condition, disability meet, matches the PIP descriptors as to what you filled in your application form. They are as recorded on my ESA acessment form a Disability Analysts0

Thank you for replying Wilko, I also sent in more evidence on how my condition affects me, with what I sent with my pip form and the new evidence to what was written on my assessment report was like they where talking about a completely different person. Back to the waiting game.0
