What responsibilities will my daughter have if she moves back home?

I recieve full housing benifit , high rate disibility living allowence my partner recieves carers allowence etc my daughter 20yrs old wants to move back into our home i am aware it will not effect any of my benifits of housing but will she have to pay rent or tax ? What will be her responsibility

I don't believe that your adult child has to pay you rent by law but you may ask them to. If you are in social housing it may be worth checking with them, and if they are giving you money, it may be worth checking that this won't affect your benefits.

As the other person is claiming DLA then there's no non dependent deductions for the housing benefit. Non dependent deduction don't exist for council tax reduction.

Ah thanks @poppy123456 I didn't know that I pay 2x non deponent but must be as its them that gets pip not me
