It’s actually really easy to argue with stupidity. You just pick it apart with facts. Abuse is what you do when you don’t have facts. No-one is saying they’re helping. However, the idea that when they don’t help they’re doing so on purpose and aimed just at you is just exaggerated abject nonsense.0 -

I'll also add to that @Tardis. I've had 3 successful ESA decisions, 1 of those was paper based and all decisions were Support Group. This includes my most recent ESA face to face just over 2 weeks ago.I've also had 2 successful PIP assessments. At review my award was increased. My daughter has also had a successful PIP award. All assessment reports were completely honest and truthful, including every single HCP being very friendly and extremely helpful during all my face to face assessment.1

Please lets all be kind and support each other its fine to disagree? But some off the languge above is totally unsceptable having any kind off disability is bad enough .I got eventually through to a lovely lady who has posted me a new form said from my notes its highly unlikely i will have to go to a tribunal. There are reasons to support each other .Its a judgemental world out there (But there is no reason to be distasteful and abusive towards other people-(There is a four letter word that needs removing above )Its still on view and needs removing imediately it exceptionaly offensive

Update on my tribunal outcome
i have just got back from Court and I won the tribunal!
Ive waited nearly 2 years for this and I was in Court for less than an hour - the DWP didn’t even turn up and the judge, Dr and Disability expert were all lovely. They made the decision after a 5 minute recess, emailed it to the DWP immediately and also advised its backdated to the beginning of the claim....it’s been a nightmare journey but it’s been awarded for 3 years and I’ll focus now on getting better2 -
Congratulations @Weedavey72!1

Latest update. It's just over three weeks since our Tribunal result and we have received a letter from DWP acknowledging it and saying the money will be paid next week.0
