hi there was just wondering if anyone had some info on pip after successful tribunal. I had my benefit stopped due to not being able to attend a medical on the 19/06/18 however the tribunal accepted my appeal on the 26/11/18 due to my significant and enduring health problem. I recently called pip helpline and they said a payment of £12 is due in my account, but my pip is not reinstated yet does anyone know what I should do or what happens next?

many thanks

Accepted your appeal? Where you given an award by the Tribunal or have they accepted your reasons for not attending the assessment and now you have to have the assessment?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

This means you'll still need the assessment. Not sure about your payments being reinstated though. Someone else will post with the answer i'm sure.

Great news. It can take 8 weeks for payments to start and to be paid any back dated money owed. If the decision was recently then don't expect any money before Christmas.

I'm thinking the tribunal was concerning you to be allowed to be reassessed having missed an appointment. I think you will now need to do another assessment which if you are awarded, will be backdated to the date money was stopped.
