I am a worker for scope, and feel im being belittled by my manager, I have gone to her with some problems I have and she said we are losing money while I talk to u. If I didn't like how things were being handled I need to look for another job. She did not want to listen she rolled her eyes at me and then said thanks for coming to me. I hadn't even finished what I wanted to say. Now I just feel so upset .

Hi @louise78
Good Afternoon it’s great to meet you today.
Yes I (volunteer) for Scope on there website/online community.
I am very very sorry to hear about your current situation/problems.
I have had managerial experience before my “Stroke” in 1998.
I would very very much like to help you with things if possible????
Please please let me know how you feel ?? -

Thanks Louise -
Hi @louise78
I am so sorry to hear this, are you working/volunteering in a charity shop? Can you let me know a little more and I can see if I can signpost you to the right person to help.Scope

Hi @louise78
Yes I was faced with the same situation back in 1998 following my “Stroke”
I was also a manager myself in a “Giftware Company”
I had lots to sort at that point. At the time of my “Stroke” I was unable to make the 40 mile round trip. There was a lot of other hazards ie: “Chemical’s”
Then in 2005/6 I again had to finish working (early retirement)
Please please let me know if there’s anything else that I can help you with?????
