I applied 5wks ago, got confirmation of recovering my claim and heard nothing else since. Is this the norm?

There's no time scales. Most people have a face to face assessment, so expect one of those. 5 weeks isn't really that long. A claim can take many months.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

It's only been 5 weeks, some are waiting months for the face to face assessment.
