I was getting dla and esa from 2012 am I entitled to claim

Were you transfered from IB to ESA ?
If so then you may receive an ESA 3 form to assess whether you should have an IR element added

I suffered from epilepsy and I think I was on income support then it changed to esa I'm no longer claiming now
