Awarded nothing for mobility!

I have just been awarded enhanced care but nothing for mobility. I use two sticks and can’t walk 50m without being in pain.

You should have had 2 points for the walking aids. As for the distance, either you didn't make the situation clear on the claim form or you did not send evidence in supporting your situation or just maybe the assessor decided that your claim was exaggerated.Bonnie18 said:I have just been awarded enhanced care but nothing for mobility. Either way you can ask for a MR and take it from there.

Ask for a mandatory reconsideration. Make sure that you send all the required evidence. It’s possible that the assessor looked at your claim form and failed to realise the impact of your disability. That is dishearteningly common on here.1
