Hope you all have a nice Christmas.
I have recently been having counselling sessions with scope. As a way to resume t work after 4 years of recover after a car crashed that let me with severe injuries.
I am a senior yoga teacher, personal trainer and Qi Gong practioner.
I wonder how the community can help me or I can help. I would be very keen in teaching yoga to people recovering from all sort of trauma, injuries or illnesses.
