Hi, I have been taking steroids, and my weight has blossomed, I am trying to be good, but as it's coming up to the Christmas treats I am finding it hard to say no. Especially if it has anything to do with chocolate. HELP please.

Hi @Sandy67, and a warm welcome to the community!
Hopefully @KirstenNutritionAdvisor and our other members will be able to share some tips and advice with you. -
The NHS has a free 12 week diet and exercise plan available to download.
I have had to take steroids in the past and I gained a lot of weight too so I do understand how tough that can be. I would just suggest that you don't go for any weird and wonderful diets or cut any major food group out of your diet without speaking to your doctor first.
The NHS plan is about sensible, healthy eating and promoting a small amount of exercise every dayScope
