So I lost my first pip claim my appeal was stressful and the judge was very nasty towards me and husband . I was told to put in a new claim and when the assessment came they gave a time and the place we got there only to be told their computers were down and they cancelled said we would get another appointment. Now 2nd January 2019 I have a home assessment but they have between 9am and 11am. I am very worried.

The assessment will be the same as the first time but it's in your home instead. The 2 hour time scale is because they have to travel to you and they have to allow for traffic.Did you get help to fill out those forms? did you send different evidence to what you previously sent for your first claim? Starting another claim straight after losing a Tribunal and using the same evidence as you previously used isn't the greatest idea.About a week after the assessment you can ring DWP to ask for a copy of the assessment report. This will give you some idea what the decision is likely to be as they mostly go with the report. Good luck.0
