Did not score enough points to get PIP

I had my PIP face to face assessment on the 23rd of november to them turning around an saying I didn’t score enough points for them to give me PIP, I’ve asked them to look again at the situation on the 13th December, iv had to send in a few documents to try and get my self pip as I suffer with mental illnesse, is there anyone that’s had this problem?
